Hotels shall hold the number of rooms as specified until 30 August, 2024. After that a fresh review of rates and availability will need to be done. . High peak dates for your show starts from 9 TO 11 APRIL, 2025.
Hotel shall confirm / book rooms only if the booking is for a minimum 2 nights. Hotels shall not confirm rooms if booking is less than 2 nights. (Special consideration / requests from TWU ( TRAVEL WITH US ) for their guest members shall be honored from case to case subject to availability.).
Above rates shall be valid only for PUTECH members only if official request is directed by TWU TRAVEL WITH US .
Rooms shall be blocked against guaranteed payment details in the form of advance payment/wire transfer.
